Does anyone know if its possible to retro fit factory electric blinds into a bongo??

I would guess it must be possible, but whether or not it's worth the effort is another matter :?

It would be possible, Whether its a "plug and play" set-up is anyone's guess. DBO and myself started to hunt for the plugs/loom on his manual blind freda,as he had the opportunity to purchase some electric blinds second hand. The job came to a standstill as merely removing the interior side panels didn't reveal any redundant plugs...I'm 99% certain they'll be there SOMEWHERE...Probably taped up just out of sight knowing our luck... :roll:

The assembly guys at mazda won't chop off the unwanted plugs/connectors, they will tape em up, or blank them if they are unused for the spec of that vehicle (check behind your dash for white connectors for fogs/spots,cold start twin battery set-up, theyll be there whether you have those options or not) Which suggest that a generic loom is fitted.
