That one of Harry in the rain is a classic.

Yes well done Dave and Steve (DBO AND BDC) for your help with Mr M.

Well, despite the awfull rain on Saturday,it was a nice break to get away for the weekend, well done Harry for organising the meet

Nice to meet up with the usual suspects and nice to finally put some faces to some of the forum names....Tony (Mountaingoat),The DogsBollox (sorry forgot the name again) Gary and Tina and little Louis (Bongolouis)....hes soooooo cute, hope he was ok on your long drive home.Sorry if ive left anyone out.

Amazingly,up to this meet Caravans seemed to be frowned upon....now we had 5 at this meet, (and a mini BongoCaravanConvoy home with KawasaKid)....long may it continue!

DBO,looking at Harrys Scotch bottle your tardis was leaning a bit to one side

Heres sum photos, sorry none of the Monsoon,we stayed in the dry with the dog :-

Can't believe the standard of the photography I've just been looking at. Did Amie take all those pics? I've seen worse by David Bailey (just tell her who he was    ). Brill that the 5th Emergency Service (Bongo Patrolmen BDC and DBO) got the hapless MMs up and running and on the road again. I feel a song poster comin' on.....

I had arrived home from Silverdale about 1.15 pm unloaded the bongo and caravan and started to get the usual going ,dinner washing ,cleaning, paperwork, received a text off BDC asking can i go on a mercy mission with him BACK TO SILVERDALE to fix MM's bongo, well what could i say, [-X but i didn't  and went anyway.
Found Mister Monkey and family outside the pub (no surprise there).STE quickly replaced the hose, then the dreaded bleed, with coolant ready mixed, couple of hours later hes on his way. just a couple of pics.

Amazing BDC and DBO, DBO already had gone home and BDC came out from his deathbed, good effort! Glad to hear you're all sorted now Mr & Mrs M, it was great catching up with you and Miss M again =D> =D>

Some great pics from everybody on here too that captured what it was all about, I liked the pics on the beach from amiex and sunsets by Bongoplod, nice to see what I missed.

One thing that made me and Chris laugh on Sunday morning in the calm after the storm when we awoke there was a concord of coughing (myself included) :)

hi all
sorry we wernt very good company on saturday - and apologies to those we didnt get to say hi too.
We travelled over in mild rain and a bit of a breeze, then came over the hill and it looked like all hell had brocken loose sheets of rain coming off the sea, morecome bay looked more like the bay of biscay, awnings blowing bongo roofs bouncing -it was lovely to see despite that the children (and harry) enjoying themselves so much in the puddles.
The weather tracked us all the way home, roads we had just come over were suddenly flooded -and we ended up with a private swimming pool in the kitchen later on that night. (though not as deep as dreamwarriers )
Glad to see Sunday was so much better and you all got dried out.
