Manual Heating controls

Hi I have Manual heating controls but it dosnt want to move from blowing on the window if i slide to the feet etc it still blows to the window? I think there is a cable disconected ? Does any body know what the problem could be or how to get to behind the controls ?

with any luck a dead easy fix, if you look underneath the consol in the passenger and drivers side , you will find some rods they may have come off the control flaps for the air con

by the drivers left foot are the connectors that come adrift
orrrr dbo is more probably correct

Hi Baldy, (are we related?) Yep, it's probably the rod connectors that have come adrift, i'd repair them, as putting one's feet up on the dash to warm them could mean a slight delay in braking response. :shock:
