funny that -had a mild panic attack myself when i suddenly realised i,d forgotten where it is.
Looking at the list i,m starting to feel like billy no mates on the non hook up area. hope no-one else is dropping out,and the maybes become yes,s the weather forecast is good -10% chance of rain and 18 degrees - tropical by normal standards.cu friday (or saturday) guys.

Don't worry, Thomas and I are still coming, on non hook up. So you won't be totally on your own.

Hello All, what has happened to this meet ? Jet ski , Bongoing mad have made such an effort into this meet ,and a small part played by me was going to make this a great meet . Come on guys the weather is going to be great , Jet ski I know (and he wont thank me for this ) has paid out a lot of personal cash to make this a good do for all, and for those who have never organised a meet , you wont know how much time and effort it takes to organise . He has paid deposits for all who said they were coming and will no doubt be out of pocket for it , The site owner Mark has kept this site exclusive only for Bongo’s and now the meet has halved. Come on guys , lets show the rest of the country the North West / Yorkshire Crew nows how to party , if you can come , make it and lets PARTY like we used too!!

Some of you already know but we are getting married in next Aug and would like to celebrate with you all by way of the first "Bongo Wedding Bash"

The venue has been booked now (thanks to Storm) and its a previous North West Bongo Haunt, the details are below.

Friday 19th and Saturday 20th September 2008

Would just like to take this opportunity to say a massive Thank you to Storm (Jackie), who has kindly offered to take charge of this meet so I can concentrate on organising the wedding and honeymoon, she did an absolute sterling job of the last Winsford meet.

Bongoinmad will also be involved in the master plan too.

Sorry I have not been around for a while - anyway I and Bongoingmad have now started the planning of the bash. Please see below. Hook up is available for two nights stay only and already we have exceeded the camp site hook up pitches.( Still plenty of non hook up free ) Camp details below :

Can anyone below who has advised they are coming for the two nights advise if they do not need the hook up - otherwise if will be allocated to the first confirmed posts on the thread.

I have not kept my eye on this thread as its coming SEPTEMBER!!! And its still only February.

There will be a cut off point of about 40 – 45 units due to the camps facilities and the manger has asked that children are not allowed unoccupied by the lake at any time - otherwise he will ask them to leave the site – NO 1st warnings given - due to H&S reasons.

Deposits will be required nearer the time – and a small sum will be added to the camp fee’s for children’s activates, and general expenses.

Any funds not spent will be forwarded to the next Bongo meet up organiser.

Just a quick summery to begin with-

Friday -Jacobs join Buffet, Camp Fire & Karaoke.

Saturday Morning - Visit to Ice-cream farm for those who wish to attend- Directions available (It’s free and fun for the kids who get bored on camp)

Saturday afternoon -The Wedding – Hosted by Jetski the vicar, then Communal BBQ around marquee - followed by entertainment by Mikeb4C & Dynamo ( Gig to happen -all being well with weather and such! )

Sorry ALL, I have just been looking at my PM's so many people have offered to help when this was first announced it a full NW & Yorks do we have offers of , security , Kids Gazebos, Lights, Top class Entertainment , Kids entertainmet, Kareoke , spare parts , talks ,currys , ......people willing to put out for others to have a good time ....Like a big family you all know who you are ...party time Winsford this weekend !!!

Wotcha Storm. Me and Daymo are sticking with the programme and will attempt to make music on Saturday night (not 2 night hookup though). I think Walter, Peg Leg and Bonglod are all definites, but Neil & Sandra can't make it as Bongo is in for repair. Correct me if thats wrong everybody. Weather may provide a rare opportunity for a decent meet.
