Hi there.

Nice job, all the best

Thus bought a pair of new struts at around £65 per strut inc. vat., which they had ready within 10 minutes! No problem with specifications for the Mazda Bongo roof. Considerably more than the £17.50 per strut for regassing, but at least the problem is solved - attached the new struts to the roof & it is working perfectly.

Thanks everyone for their comments / advice.

Best wishes

Rob
Great news. Stuff like this (£) has to be expected esp. with a sophisticated car like the AFT Bongo. The main thing it is sorted and probably works better than most of ours now and should do for some years. Not a bad cost outlay / outcome all things considered. Now you can enjoy it 8)
