Glad to see you guys all had a good time. A question - were the red arrows on during Sunday as well only as I was sat at the puter on Sunday about 8.30pm, I noticed two sets of jets in V formations flying low (Chesterfield) and was wondering if they were heading back to base?

Quite likely them. They did Southport ant 13:00h then flew off to display in Northern Ireland. Quite likely they landed, did the display (17.00h?), landed, refuelled and took a bit of R&R before heading back home to Cranwell, which at a guess would have taken them over Chesterfield as being en route and clear of busy airspace. Quite late though

Sounds perfectly plausible Mike, thanks, and I think it was them after looking at the pics from Muz and co. I remember it was still light but only just. Probably flying low to keep under commercial air traffic or just showing off eh (something they do so well).
