wishbone balljoint

Hi all, mot is due and while changing droplinks ive found a split on the n/s lower wishbone balljoint, might get an advisory on it but would love to source a replacement, i think however its an integeral part of the whole assembly, if so anyone had any dealings with getting the whole lower wishbone. found a company on net with em for 135 ea so dont think thats too bad a price.

from previous experience a split gaitor will fail the mot.it is possible to purchase the ball joint separetly and replace it.
if you have access to a press they are easy to push out and replace,at a push you could do it in stu using a couple of g clamps and a bar.

i can get a new balljoint pressed in no problem but where do i get the balljoint from

i dont think you can get a replacment,i i think you have to buy the full wish bone , bongobits do them

auto jap spares in coventry sell them.sometimes they also have them on ebay

cheaper to go direct than ebay.
wayne if you go to the mazda section and look in all products, scroll down a bit and they are there.
gonna order 2 as the other sides looking a bit dodgy.
then just have to nip over to see me mate to pop em in.
