We are waiting to speak to Lyndsey.
Kids were about last week when Carl and Justine were there, so they may have a side room for them?
Like I said, I will speak to Lynndsey, then put up the rules and regs mate, hopefully we can get the kids in the bar at midnight, if not, then the beer garden and a marquee will have to do. I will have to see if I can get hold of the Northwest one?

Too much is not being concious at midnight or kissing the dog/cat new year before the missus.

DBO has one NW marquee and I have the other.

The one that I have is larger and more weather resistant if tied down properly but someone will have to have some hands on instruction about assembly/dismantling and collect it (probably from the pre christmas bash?). It will also requre drying out and storage (which I normally do at my wharehouse).

cheers

As long as there will be other kids there, Thomas and I would love to come along. We would need a hook up for this one, just to keep the chill off. Both nights please.

Hi all, quick update.
Caz spoke to Lyndsey today and Children ARE ALLOWED.
The only rule is they MUST behave and any breaking of this rule will result in the parents being asked to take their children out.
I feel this is very fair, as there will be a lot of people there and a lot of high spirits, so children running around or misbehaving could cause friction.

Hi Jacky, just to clarify, which two nights please, Wednesday, Thursday?

Cheers

Karl

There will be extra celebrations on the 1st as it will be a Birthday \:D/ \:D/ for someone.
I will post more when I know if they mind me mentioning names.

Permission granted.

Ady, Chells husband is celebrating his 4'*' Birthday on the 1st, so the beer can keep flowing and we can all have an even better time. =D> =D>

This has got me worried 8-[ Thomas does not know how to stay still. So it looks like I'll be stuck in the Bongo like Billy No-Mates, unless someone has any knockout drops. Still we'll give it a go and as there is a birthday celebration too, we'll stay the three nights.

Hi Jacky, it sounds more serious when worded that way.
Sorry.
Of course children will play, but I think its if drinks get knocked over, or any get hurt is the concern, it will be the busiest night of the year.
Kids will be kids at the end of the day and the LandLady (Lyndsey) has children of her own (Teenagers I believe). She will know the limits before any intervention.

Thomas is a good boy at heart, he just gets a bit giddy sometimes - but it's to be expected from a 5 year old. If he gets too rowdy, I can always duck tape him to a chair.

I'm just glad I've somewhere to go over the New Year, otherwise it would mean I have to go and visit my sister

Thanks for organising this.

You are very welcome Jacky. There will be other children, so Thomas will not be alone.
It will be a great night.
