Exterior ladder

Just returned from our first holiday in the Bongo and would like some advice regarding a practical issue. I recently bought roof bars and a roof box but it's a real struggle to put the box on and fill it. At Rooster's recent Bongo bash I noticed that some people had ladders fitted to the tailgate (now I know why!!!)
Are these any good? Where can you get them from?
(I can quickly see this "Bongo pimping" getting wildly out of hand. Is there a "Bongo anonymous" yet?)

I fitted an aftermarket one to mine but would recommend this - I got one too!
