towbar fitting
Hello, can anyone suggest the best towbar to go for please? or are they pretty much all the same quality? I have seen that there are some that do not require drilling of the bumper, and some (most) that do. any guidance at all would be greatly appreciated. How much should i expect to pay to have one fitted? (buckinghamshire). Many thanks, sean.

I got mine from Towsure....

well made and easy to fit. Just one hole to drill if I remember rightly (through the floor, not the bumper), but you can download the fitting instructions from the above web page.

I think I broke their website! That link worked a minute ago but now won't connect - try again later if you have the same trouble. http://www.towsure.com

Hi
The Towsure one fits behind the bumper and cannot be seen (that's a bonus) and only one hole to drill (under the plastic trim) so cannot be seen as well (another bonus).

I fitted a Towsure bar - it took about an hour and you only have to drill one hole through the boot floor - just make sure you give it a coat of Hammerite before you fit it to give it extra protection from the elements.

If I had all the money I ever spent on my Freda ............ I`d spend it on my Freda.
