Sorry ROOF AGAIN

Hi sorry for this
but l have done a search on the forum
and can't find anythink or anyone who has had this
problem, roof will not go up :evil: hand brake on
in parked engine running,press roof button it bleeps
l can hear the motors driveing it stays down try and
push up with cancel button pressed,no movement at all
any help please

if you can hear the motors running in the roof then it sound like the problem i had but im reverse when trying to lower it.
one of our motors had dropped out of its housing,the motor still ran but didnt lower the roof on one side.it cracked the roof but we were at least able to get to the motor to repair it.
have you tried to physically lift the roof up. i know they are very heavy but it might be worth a try if the motors have dropped out then you should be able to do it manually.
just go careful as i may be completely wrong. if its not that then im sorry its not something ive heard or come across.

I did try and lift it manually and it was very heavy,still no movement
will give another go tonight finger crossed
