Just returned from a 3000km trip around Southern Germany, Austria and Switzerland, During which I managed to shear one of the rear stabiliser bar brackets off and consequently the bush is nowhere to be seen.
I've seen replacements on Bongobits for a tenner (bracket and bush) and it doesnt look too bad a job. Or is it? I'm waiting on parts to be delivered (live in Germany) so got time to kill and reserach to be done before getting monkey mits dirty.
The manual I have says to soap the bushes before installation etc. Is it just a case of Jacking up rear end and unbolting old one, replace and bish bash bush...sorry couldnt resist
Secondly, would it be worthwhile to renew the otherside whilst I'm at it?

Even with my small furry fingers I managed fairly quickly, using a squirt of WD40 as I had no soap in my toolbox.
While you're at it, it makes sense to do the other side too.
