Hello,
My factory fitted cube seems to be draining the battery within seconds, so I presume it is 100% gubbed! Roughly, here is the scenario:
1: Drove 230 miles to Blackpool
2: Hit the red RESET button
3: Turn ONLY the internal lights on
4: Wait approximately 5 to 30 seconds, before power is cut and red light refuses to reset
Now, if I keep the engine turned on, everything in the cube works flawlessly, and I then turn the engine off, and within 5 to 10 seconds, it runs out again. I tested after EDI to BLACKPOOL, and again, when I arrived back home in EDI.
Can anyone recommend a good replacement which will offer the best (safe) power in the space available? Not fussed how much it costs, I presume they are not MEGA expensive.
Gary.

Re: Goosed Battery?
Hi,
About to go pickup a 115A battery, if it fits in the space that is.
He can't test my current battery, so I hope I am right when I suspect its goosed.
£85 for the replacement.

Re: Goosed Battery?
Hi again!
Problem solved by installing new 115A unit. Would not fit in tray, but without the tray it goes in the right space (with a tight fit)...
As soon as I got the battery connected, everything popped into life!
When I get back home, I will get some pics and more details, and add it to the leisure battery thread.
