K&N filter ebay rip off

Post by missfixit70 » Sat Jul 12, 2008 12:29 pm

Just spotted this K&N filter on ebay - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/MAZDA-BONGO-K-N-A ... .m14.l1318 for a bongo for just over £71

Go here - http://www.toys4cars.co.uk/index.php?ma ... %26n+bongo & pay nearly half that at just under £40 :D

Hi Kirsty,

Once again an evil bay rip off, anything with the word Bongo in it add at least 25% to the price.
Talk about profiteering, hang *em from the nearest yardarm i say.

Hi Kirsty
You wouldn't be bidding on a set of Bongo face-flannel and toe-nail clippers at 70.00 quid if I put them on , then???
Cheers

I had a set of air, oil & air filters delivered for £20 from Ebay. Do you rekon that they would have only been £10 if they had not said that they were for Bongos???

You did well there darryl, i think the cleaning kit retails for around £12 in my local car accessory store, (god knows how much it costs in halfrauds)

The red oil in the kit is brill for returning the colour to a faded filter...
