If you PM him he will happily send it to you, I have it somewhere and if I could find it I'd send it.

Not much sense in posting it now really as they are getting hard to find - only one place still seems to offer them.

Instructions are very straight forward and all that needs to be emphasised is:-

The actuator bracket mounts on one of the air filter mounting bolts and the MS-50 throttle cable runs around behind the air filter to line up with the main cable.

No need to cut any pipe for vacuum as there is a spare stub on the metal pipe that runs up the front of the engine - just pull off the stub cap (watch your knuckles) and the MS-50 tube fits perfectly.

When it's all fitted the small wire loop on the electronics box MUST (that cannot be emphasised enough) be cut or the speed pulses won't be the right frequency for the controller to lock on.

When it's working you'll wonder why they weren't fitted as standard - best thing you can add to a Bongo.

His "alias" is Simon Jones (one of those strange people who use their real name instead of hiding behind a nickname).

Just find one of his posts in the many "Cruise Control" threads and click on the "PM" button.

PS Like "the Stig" I don't have a real name whatever that is, everybody calls me Scanner (amongst many other, usually shorter, things)

Cheers Rich - I must get round to finishing the doc at some point & then it can go with all the other factsheets. Its only 'concise' because I didn't have time to put any detail in the text

I've got a new switch arrangement to try: its a stalk unit that fits just below the wiper switch, so has all the controls easily accessible. It's for a different Waeco model, but has a similar plug. Will report back once I've got it working.
