Yes Steve, I have - but it is intermittent and high pitched as you said.mp3oplecarrier wrote:Has anyone else noticed an annoying squeeling noise from their mason alarm? It's kind of constant and I can hear it even over the engine noise due to it's high pitchedness (if there is such a word)

Isn't that what it is supposed to do when it goes off?Mike Jill and Emily wrote:Yes Steve, I have - but it is intermittent and high pitched as you said.mp3oplecarrier wrote:Has anyone else noticed an annoying squeeling noise from their mason alarm? I thought it was just me
Mister Maaaaaaaaaaason. Are you there? Any idea why some alarms are squealing and if there is remedy. I'm thinking I might get one but wouldn't want a squealing one. Its bad enough with the kids squealing and the missus clucking at me.mp3oplecarrier wrote:Has anyone else noticed an annoying squeeling noise from their mason alarm? Hot there is it?daveblueozzie wrote:My mason alarm has started to make a high pitched noise and can be heard above the engine noise, its not the main alarm as that is a different sound. its very annoying at the moment. its still working as the alarm went off going up a steep hill in Scotland.
Was wondering if the temp inside the cab might be affecting the inside workings of the alarm, due to some high weather temperatures lately.

Yes I'm here. I keep a low profile since I was accused of promoting my alarms. I have no idea why these two alarms are "squealing" and I'll certainly investigate.mikeonb4c wrote:mp3oplecarrier wrote:Has anyone else noticed an annoying squeeling noise from their mason alarm? Sorry to be direct. Best to raise it though I reckon. Great device and value for money by all accounts.
