side door jammed shut

sliding door appears to be jammed shut. It's showing as unlocked, the knob pulls up and down with a reassuring clunk, the exterior and interior handles move but the door refuses to open...any clues from the bongo bretheren??

Hi,
Could be the child proof system jammed.
Take off the inside cover and check it out.

checked the fact sheet in the members area and followed the instructions!!!
no go on the micro switch fickering but all mechanicals moving so into "area 2" (see fact sheet)..firm poke with a large screwdriver and clunk whirr...job done. . thanks bongo bretheren
