The one that goes in at the front end of the driver's side rear seats' groove rail? I've moved the seat around with it in but can't see what's different.

I'm sure somebdy here knows. Go on put me out of my misery, please.

Never heard of anything that works the seats - as Rob says, a picture please.

It is probably designed to fit into the rail to lock the bench seat in position for correct use of the seatbelts.

Is it the lever for the stop bumps? Maybe your stop bumps have been removed?

If its the long bar that slots in the runner,i have one.

It stops the seat being slid right back up to the rear door,but wont lock there.

It is in front of the most forward set of rear seats. I also have the bar that slots in the groove at the back but it is a very different shape. It could work to stop the seat from going any further forward but I'm not sure why that would be important.

I'll take a photo tomorrow and try to post it up here.

Thats what its for Willy, if you slot the the bit into the edge of the runner (the bar bit into the matching groove on the clip thing) it stops the bench seat from locking at the front so you can just slide it back rather than having to put you arm under the bench seat and unlock it and slide the bench seat back into it usaul locking position

if you have the bongo manual book, it shows you various seat set up positions and tells you how to get them in those positions, you can get them for about£18 off ebay or i think Ian sells them in the club shop

Thanks. Not sure why I would want the back seats to not be locked into place but I suppose if I were using it as a bed it might make sense.

Do mean to buy a book but so far am enjoying trying to work out what things mean from the japanese version!

its just to stop it locking right at the front behind the drivers and passenger seat.

Makes sense really if you use the rear bench seat, as you get into the rear bench seat you have to slide the front seat forward, if you didnt have the antilocking peg thingy, the seat would just lock into position at the front, but if the antilocking peg thingy was in place you could just get in the rear bench seat, and pull the front bench seat back into its normal posistion

apparently when translated the decal says-Warning (this is the top sentence with an exclamation mark)

When you use the slide stopper of the rear No.1 seat at the back,

1) Fasten the rear No.2 seat belt, as the rear No.1 seat belt does not have enough bind.

2) Be cautious with the feet of the passengers on the No.2 rear sheet as they might get stuck.

When you use the slide stopper at the front,

1) Be cautious with the feet of the passengers on the No.2 rear sheet as they might get stuck.
