Anyone know where to get one, except at lezura. I've tried them already.

Thanks,

I'm guessing that yours has broken where the pipe enters the large box?

If so the real question is "do you really want another one?"

They are a load of trouble, a lot of weight and in my experience don't do much.

If the bend of pipe that goes up over the back axle is still sound and you can get a local exhaust place to make up a length of pipe to fit over the (cleaned up) end of it - do that instead. It won't be much if any noisier and will probably go better.

Mine won't be being replaced next time it goes.

MOT failure. The end pipe fell off but the garage bod recons he would need to drop the exhaust to attempt to weld one back on but in doing so wouldn't be confident of it all coming to pieces.

All I did at first was slide another short length of pipe inside the main pipe and into the box and weld around the join.

It is quite easy to get the whole rear pipe and box off (2 bolts and 2 rubber mounts IIRC) and if you mark the join so you know how they are supposed to fit together a bodge repair is not too difficult.

But could they not just remove the back box and find a length of tube to make a tailpipe from? So the exhaust clears the rear bumper.

I think it's the removal of the back box that is the concern. Its pretty rusty at the opposite side to the tail pipe.
I heard people were picking the back box up for fifty quid. Seems reasonable if I can find one that price.

If the back box is removed and a new length of pipe fitted ( add a chrome tail pipe for looks ) it should not fail an MOT
If it is very rusty beyond the back box then a new back box alone would not help in any case - -

That was the price at Iezura - are they out of stock?

If so it must be because so many are breaking where the pipe joins the box - poor design that.

If the pipe over the axle is bad, can you find any where local to bend a full length one piece tail pipe and weld the end flange off the old pipe on for you?
