Door mirrors

Post by vanvliet » Fri May 09, 2008 1:04 pm

Can someone please check the position of their door mirrors . Mine is a 1995 model
Is the drivers side housing set slightly further forward ( towards the bonnet) than the passenger side one? In other words are they offset?

I got a 95 tintop.
Mine are slightly offset, the passenger side is set further back by an inch or so...

It's to stop the quarter-light obscuring the mirror....?

These Bongo's are odd.. been fitting spots & discovered i have two horns in different places.
One behind the bumper near the fog light & one identical just behind the grill, both wired & working!!.. (though slightly different in tone).

I wondered why i seemed to be the only one happy with the sound of the horn on this forum.. :D
