Radiator in front of radiator

Hi, On my V6 (and maybe on the diesel) there appear to be 2 radiators??? What is the one in front? The reason I ask is that whilst driving through town it fails to get hot. Enlightenment please.

It the air conditioning condenser it will only get warm when the aircon is working flat out.

Thanks Scanner, Its almost the size of the rad on my Honda Accord. Glad I don't have to worry about it.
