Small Green Ashtray Light

Post by Davidholman » Sat Apr 26, 2008 10:47 am

I have a small green oblong light at the rear of my twin ashtray area.

It has a bulb underneath.

My vehicle is a 1999 2.0l

Picture of light below, it is the small green oblong to the right of the second holder

Any ideas what it is for.

Regards

I have the earier style centre consul & that has a light that illuminates the inside of the ash tray. On your later style of consul, there were originally round ashtrays that fitted into those holes.

Yep,I did mine same as DBO,and took the cig stubber out. Much more practical if you dont smoke, as it makes a neat cubby for small things, change, keys etc.Makes a handy cupholder too.
