Jap caps are a standard size on most cars - so go to a motor factors and they'll sell you one

I got a couple from a scrap yard (for experimentation) & I think they were from a Honda Accord. However, they're only about £12 or so from BongoBits, so not really worth the risk of getting one which may be faulty

Pretty sure the Bongo Shop does 'em.

You need one that has a secondary valve. On the bottom of the cap there is a button that you can pull down against a soft spring to allow pressure compensation, if it was on an expansion tank it would be to draw back the coolant expelled into the overflow tank. The cap on the rad should not have one.
