Rear creek when turning left

Post by boyzie » Mon Apr 07, 2008 10:46 am

we have a loud creeking noise from the rear passenger side when we turn left. Strangely it disappears when its wet.

Any ideas what it could be?

Cheers

with any luck just a noisy spring, try a bit of WD40 where the spring joins at the top and bottom.

Could also be a 'dry' rubber bush in the shock absorber. When its wet the water acts as lubricant so it goes away. Again a squirt of WD40 (being careful not to get any on the brakes) should do the trick.
