Can anybody help me please? What might the useful life expectancy of front and rear shock absorbers be in mileage terms? My Bongo has done 75000 and I'm thinking it might be time to replace them.

Re: shocks
That really is a "how long is a piece of string?" question. It really does depend on so many different factors.
AS TGP asks "Do they work?"
If so, they don't need changing, but if it bounces about all over the place and you aren't happy - then they need replacing.

Re: shocks
Well recently had the rear droplinks sorted
Now the front wheels are clunking at every minor and mainly major potholes in our well kept roads
any suggestions what to check, recent M.O.T. only mentioned rear droplink wear
