If nothing else, Biddy's engine oil story is a stunning testament to the quality of modern day oils. Assuming of course that the engine isn't showing any signs of excessive wear to its moving parts.
I'm truely amazed and to be honest found this story most amusing.
In reality of course. How many of us have actually bought cars or commercial vehicles (?) without a service history? How many miles did that vehicle do without an oil change? I think we might be surprised if we knew the truth!!

What can I say.
There is more stupidity than hydrogen in the universe, and it has a longer shelf life.

Factsheet here in the members area. Dipstick under the drivers seat, check the level with engine running & warm, handbrake on, footbrake on, range through the gears, take the level while in D.
It may be worth investing in the owners handbook for £20

Money well spent though...

It's getting a bit addictive this bongo lark...

Aint it just
Have you seen the LED lighting job on one of the other threads ive been out this morning looking to see how easy the roof lining opens up around the edge of the big roof hatch, It looks like you can pull off the piping and a clip strip and the edge should open up enough to get your wires in.
I feel a big bag of multi coloured LEDs comeing on. how many can I run of the feed to the back center light I wonder hmmmm how does it go...v= I over R or sommin like.
oh this is getting out of hand ....but its better than work, babies 24/7 house extensions and telly ...plus at the weekend you can do Bongo and guinness a heady mix
happy sunday everyone

He's changed my Bongo's oil HURRAH !
Last week filters arrived and now air / fuel / and
oil all changed
I did not supervise and left him and his mate to it........
DOH ! The two men between cups of tea and natter put on the new oil filter
before removing the old oil
Better than not doing anything I spose, I will just have to get another one and treat the poor old engine better in future....
Would of put any concerns about Bongo abuse to rest before now but have been working long long hours..

Dave says he cannot feel a difference and I have yet to test drive it since.
He says the fuel does not seem to last any longer either, but it might on a long run maybe ??
I shall take a drive and see what I think
