Hi could anyone advise that if I bid on this item whether I could have them installed additionally to the originals for use with a reverse seat option.
I wonder, because I think it could be the safest option for the little ones in our group. I also do the school run and thought that if this was possible it would be better than lap straps (which I haven't got yet either)

If anyone could offer any advise. I'd be really greatful.
Please help....

As I see it
If you turn the seat around you alredy have a spare seat belt set
the problem is proper anchorage points

I doubt very much that you can use seat belts other than lap belts when you turn the seat around, there is no where to secure the extra set of belts (anchor points)

If looking for lapbelts take a look round a scrap yard you might be able to pick up a set there but you probably need to remove them yourself so take tools.... older mpvs or vans are what you need to look for... anything with lap belts fitted as standard .... to fit the bongo reversed middle bench they have to be quite long.... as you attach them at base of the seat ... the difficult thing is finding the female side with a long enough strap.......

Hi C&A im thinking of turning my seats around and thought about using 3 point belts, but as my middle seats have only been used twice in 3 months im thinking lap belts will do.
I was thinking of using a piece of 6mm steel as an extension bolted to the origional top front mounting point to double the mounts. A reasonable sized 6mm plate under the floor to bolt the reel to should be more than man enough to cope.

If someone PMs me with an email address I will send you pictures of how to mount the lap belts onto the seat frame. You could then upload them here, something I've never managed to do!

Hopefully "eightwheeler" won't mind me using these pics...
Standard bongo lapbelts fitted on reverse seat.
As far as i'm aware, no extra welding/adapters were needed to achieve the results, contact your local bongo dealer TGP for exact details...

I believe one forum member fitted a three point STATIC belt to the reversed seat.
