can you tell me wot a turbo cooler does some bongo vans come with them any one help

It lets the engine run for a short time, after you have turned it off, to allow the oil to circulate whilst the turbo cools down - probably only needed if you've been hammering along a motorway and stop for fuel, although the run up the long slip road would be enough anyway - I've turned mine off.
