Heated Rear Screen Connectors

Post by wooden wheel » Fri Mar 07, 2008 7:25 pm

Hi All,
One of the spade connectors is missing from my heated rear screen so I need to attach a male lucar connector to it, but I'm reluctant to go anywhere near it with heat. What I could do with is some sort of conductive adhesive, I have googled it and there are some products available but they look pretty specialised (expensive) and seeing that I'll only need a couple of spots , I'd rather see if there's stuff available on the high street.
Any ideas ?

They're usually soldered on, try resoldering it but not on too cold a day :?
