Jerky Roof...

Post by Rhod » Mon Feb 18, 2008 7:34 pm

Despite greasing the roof sliders a few weeks ago, I noticed at the weekend, that my roof is still a bit jerky as it comes down - seems fine as it goes up. Am I justifiably paranoid, or does everyone elses do this :?: 8-[

I just have a feeling that it can't be doing it any good.. Can't work out what's causing the friction though, unless it's the top runner, which is a real pain to get grease into - need to fabricate a longer straw for the spray can!

It's usually the rams Rhod - give them a wipe down with some wax or silicon spray. WD40 isn't much use
