I'm stuck....sat in bongo with everything apart and the dials just won't turn unless I do it mile by mile from the end. I may have to go and get a new clock from scrap but I'll have to remove the chip...uh....may need to move this to technical....

Ok if you are trying to change the odometer to read miles rather than kms because you have installed a chip

get a small screwdriver and insert it between the dials and prise them apart slightly and hold them apart with the driver, the dial should then turn freelyjust move along the row untilyou have set all dials.

I think the needle pulls off and reattaches afterwards

do you have a refaced speedo at the moment?

ok why do you need to change the odometer reedings?

I'm guessing answers as to what I think you are trying to do

If we know exactly what you are trying to acheive and why, answers should be easier to get :D

Edited because I have read the other thread and understand now
