My window undoes itself - or I may be imagining it
I keep noticing that my window in the sliding door is open. I notice because it vibrates. At first I thought that perhaps the little one was knocking it when moving about inside or deliberately fiddling with (discounted) but I now I am not so sure.
I have had a quick look and it doesn't seem to be loose. It looks like it is working. If I close it - it seems secure. Something however is obviously opening it and apart from the obvious (Soren Lorensen?) I dont know what.
Has anyone had anything similar happenning. It doesn't look loose or broken and I can't see why it is doing it?

Thanks for that - I will have a proper look tommorrow and see what I can see. To the naked eye it looked ok but you never know. I feel some stickyback plastic about to emerge.David Edwards wrote:my window behind the drivers door was doing that and when I checked it had lost the little nut and bolt to the handle. I had to search and find another as a temp repair till I can get one off a scrappy.
I think there may be "it feels like it's latched" and a "it really IS latched" positions.mobilecat wrote:scanner wrote:Mine did the same a few times a while ago. I made sure the catch was pushed completely in and latched and it hasn't done it again.
I shall be having a stern talking to my catch in the morning - just incase
