Porche Driver Admiring the Bongo's

Post by B*Witched Blingo » Sun Jan 13, 2008 7:19 pm

Today 13th Jan stopped at traffic lights at Turf Moor, home of Burnley Football Club. He was staring at the Spinners and smiled..

He wound his window down and said.. I love those..He used to import Bongo's. Pipped his horn and drove away..

At least he spoke to Blingo.

He was probably a little jealous....No joke now,i'd DEFINITELY have a bongo over any porsche all day long!

A porsche looks like a new vw beetle after i'd sat on it!

Mr A was giving him some stick about his wheels in a nice way. "Ours are better than urs" (spinners)

He was a nice chap.... Bit of banter which made us all smile on a wet and miserable day.

I have never wanted a Porche but the boxer is a nice everyday usable car.
And the 911 is still more usable than most supercars although it pains me to say it.

I hear what you are saying, but if i wanted supercar performance,i'd get a 4x4 sapphire cosworth, and tune it a bit...

Most "supercars" leave me a little cold i must admit... :?

I took a short drive in a 911 turbo some years back, and preferred the mondeo i had at the time....
