Count us in... were we can.. Yes Early Feb, we do plan a mini-mini overnight close to a pub :)

January Day meet.... Well there is talk of combo mini meet at Easter at Tatton Park, Cheshire, so it could also be a place for a Day meet?

Chell & Ady

Are you up for organising a day meet at Townley.

All you need to do is check that we can get bongos in and that they are open....and if the cafe is open?

cheers

No problem

Leave it with me..

I'll get on the phone tomorrow and see what I can come up with.

It will be a pleasure...

Thanks for asking

Shall I put the feelers out for interested parties?

Its always a bit chicken & egg with meets.

If you ask for interest then you get so many wanting different dates/times/places then it makes it difficult to come to a descision.

My advice is call the meet at a time/date/place which suits you and invite everyone/anyone to turn up. Peeps can always let you know if they are coming or not.

But PLEASE call the meet on a seperate thread so as not to bog down this post.

As long as you avoid school holidays and saturdays(for day meets) and keep it central(ish) a few will always turn up.

cheers
