cheap voltage sensing relay

Post by waycar8 » Sat Jan 05, 2008 7:39 pm

been doing a bit of web surfing, trying to find some cheap bit and bobs for my futur conversion and came across this
http://www.powerstream.com/battery-isolator.htm

the price they want for bulk items, it may be worth ian getting some for the shop, or a few people getting together and chipping in for a batch.

i would have got one but i already have a VSR already.

but it may be of use to other people

Looks Ok, but doesnt do anything Martins dont (Willinton - ebay), and similar price, but you wont have to buy loads and pay shipping etc.

true, i was one of the first one to get one of his, (willingtons), i put most people on to him :D

but i have read a couple of post about people not wanting one as its a modified relay so the warranty is void, i just thought it may be of use to someone else

I see your point, and thought about warranty issues anyway, but I am sure if an item is faulty then Martin would replace it, and on the basis that it caused a problem to the vehicle then the manufacturer of an unmodified item would tell you that you had not been on the correct training course to fit the said item so its your fault anyway  .

I had a faulty one from Martin and it was replaced immediately.
