Child Car Seat

Post by stefanovic » Tue Dec 18, 2007 12:17 pm

Seasons Greetings. I am looking to purchase a forward facing car seat (0 to 18kg) for our 9 month old son. I have read the previous postings and looked at the which guide yet am still finding it difficult to decide on an option which combines safety, ease of use and fits on the back seat of a bongo without the Isofix brackets used in new vehicles.

Can anyone recommend a solution, make/model? I don't mind paying the right money.

Many Thanks
Stefan

I used a maxi cosi priori when mine was that age - superb seat. I haven't used it in the bongo but I beleive others have (search for threads). It has a double routing system so if your belts are too long or too short you will still be able to sort it out. Please search for my thread about buckle crunch though beacuse this is something that you have to consider whatever seat you choose. I would definitely recommend the maxi cosi range for ease of use though - I use the maxi cosi sps now he is 5.

Thanks for the response. If anyone else has experience of the Maxi Cosi Priori I'd like to hear.
