What Type of Resistor?

Question from one of our members. On the Lushprojects database, page 6600C, part number 18831 is called a "Resistor". But is it the resistor for the Glowplugs?

18831 is part fot AT section.
Glowplug have not resistor, they have glowplug relay 18651 (near battery)

Is 18831 mounted on the passenger's side chassis leg?
