Front 'Quick clear' won't blow!

I have a new shape bongo with digital A/C. It has a quick clear button for rapid clearing of steamed windscreen. However, when I press it, the light illuminates but the fan doesn't blow. in fact, there are no settings on the air con that will send air up the windscreen! Any ideas?

yes, the fan blows strongly on all the other settings, but, strangely, never seems to go up the screen! I'm going to have a look at the footwell and see what I can find.

Missfixit, you're a star! It was exactly as you said, levers in the footwell - and took 5 seconds to fix. Thanks for your help, much appreciated.
