Rubbery burning smell

Hi All.....received this e-mail from Hamid....can anyone help...?

Hi I just joined recently ,want to ask a question ,is this the way? Who sould I post it to please?
I get a rubbery burning smell when I get out after a long drive wht could it be please? If I posted to wrong person ,you have to excuse me.
