Lights problems
Hi,
When I went out in my Bongo this morning I noticed the dashboard illumination wasn't working. When I got home I checked all my lights and found the following NOT working. Front sidelights, rear lights, front & rear fogs, & dashboard illumination.
The following seem to be working OK, front main beam & full beam & brake lights. All other electrics seem OK, I think! If anyone has any ideas I would be truly grateful!
Cheers
Neil

Thanks Guys,
My first thought was fuses but I was a bit suspicious that several things seem to have stopped working at once. The fuses also seem very difficult to get out. Might sound dim but there isn't a release catch or anything for them is there? There seems to be one for everything else! Don't want to break one & end up with it jammed in there.
Cheers

FIXED IT!
Got my magnifying glass out & found the tiniest hairline split in the tail fuse. Replaced it & everything started working again, apart from the rear fog. Checked that & wiring was loose inside so whether that caused a short circuit I don't know. Anyway wired it back up & everything is working again, touch wood.
Interesting to know that the fuse for the tail lights will also knock out the dashboard, side lights & fog lights!
Thanks for all the tips.
Cheers
