Rear Wiper

Post by Hny » Fri Aug 10, 2007 6:42 pm

Can anyone tell me if there is a seperate fuse for the rear wiper. Mine just stoped working, all the fuses by the stearing colum are fine. I took the back door apart to check wiring, I have no power to wiper motor, hope its something simple,

Can anyone help Please

You didn't just instal some rear curtains too did you ? I did recently and my rear wiper stopped working - cause I drilled through a cable.

As far as I know, the only fuse for the rear wiper is the red 10 amp one in the middle row of fuses next to the steering wheel. Might be worth swapping it for the horn fuse (directly above it, also 10 amp) just to make sure the fuse is OK.

It's the fifth fuse from the left, on the second row of fuses, in the box by the steering column (red 10A).

It will be fractured wires in the flexible loom linking the tailgate to the vehicle body.

Thanks for your help,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you

Yes it was 2 wires broken in the flexible loom linking the tailgate to the vehicle body, I wish it had been a fuse.

Thanks again.
