Indicator woes

Post by bongomountainbiker » Mon Aug 06, 2007 8:16 pm

Hello, my indicators seem to have gone very dim and speed up once activated.
I've checked all bulbs = ok.

Could it be a relay??

No haven't checked fuses - will do as a matter of course. Do you know where / which relay the indicators is and where i can get a new one.

Bongobits or the club shop??

the relay will be behind the small lower panel at the foot of the driver footwell next to the door/ wing, remove the panel and there will be a few relays there, the first one facing you is for the indicators.
the 2nd fuse top row, if blown will induce a fast clicking relay and the 3rd second row if blown will prevent the relay from clicking at all.
how this helps you
