Rust spots on gutters

I'm looking for advice, I've got a Chaste White/Highlight Silver bongo and I've noticed a couple of tiny orange spots on the gutters. What is the best way for me to treat them. I've tried searching for a previous post but all I can find is a post saying someone had dealt with theirs but no other info.

By a strange coincidence, I've got the same colour as you & mine has also got some rust spots on the rain channel. I blame the previous owner for using the metal clamps that come with a "Royal" awning. Better to use a figure of 8 or plastic clamps.
