Hi Pete

Welcome to the madhouse wot is bongo forum

I prehume from your post that your drivers side window switch isn't working.

Before looking further, check for chafing/deterioration of the wiring loom between the door and the chassis. This sometimes gives problems.

Unless your problems are on both sides of the car its unlikely to be a fuse or relay.

Does your passenger side window switch work ok?

good luck

:D Harry what can I say, your info was first class spot on.Thank you very much my windows are working a treat, there were two wires stripped and one broken, its fine now, and I'm chuffed to bits. The only thing is when I was pulling fuses I pulled the two 30 amp pink fuses at the bottom of the fuse holder under the steering wheel the two with trasparent tops, and they both crumbled and one had actually blown, the strange thing is every thing still works without them so I really don't know what to think . Do I need them what are they for ? and where can I get replacements if I do need them :? Iff you can help me on any of this puzzle I would be a very happy little Bongonaut

Glad to help Pete....

I'm no electrician...just knowledge gleaned over the years on this forum.

As for fuses...havn't the foggiest...but there is a factsheet with photos in the members only area.

good luck

:D Good morning Harry, Well it took some time but finally my brain got round to it , the only thing that I have never used on the Bongo since the day that I bought it ,the corner marker for parking on the front bumper. So I'm very happy at the moment as everything seems to be ok now with bongo and to be truthful in the twenty months I have had it, it has never let me down apart from the fact it is now on its third window switch because of you know what, and last xmas when my youngest son put five litres of water in the fuel and then started the engine. Happy days
Regards PETE.
