Key's

I know this has been mentioned on here recently but I've failed to find it, I need the number of the Mazda key so as I can get a spare cut. Sorry to be going over old ground.

Just take your key to a market stall - did 2 for me with no problems. Any key cutting firm should have them.

Really  They even do them in the in-store shop at Sainsburys (I think it's Timpsons)

Isnt there a fact sheet on this?
I picked mine out from the sheet as a MAZ24 REP. Told the smart ar*e in the key place and promptly got a lecture of " many types, all not the same, ever eaten in a Harvester before cr*p etc"

Went back to pick up and guess what, he'd used a MAZ24 REP blank. Just like the fact sheet said!

I went to my local lockie and he cut 8 keys before he gave up. Some worked in the ignition with a lot of wriggling but no door locks, or vice verca. Most just didn't work. Maybe he was clueless - but... oh I'm not a key expert.

I'll try somewhere else.
Location says where I am... I'd rather be justabout anywhere else! Suggestions or job offers of/in other parts of the UK gladly received...

spare keys

had a spare key cut today. The locksmith had no Maz24 but looked at the key and cut one fron a Maz21. Works perfectly on both doors and ignition.
