air conditioner-too warm

air conditioner blowing out warm air (set at 18 degrees) Tried re-gassing. Any ideas/ Thanks

I believe this is the factory set of the unit and therfore the regassing will only mean that the unit will control down to this temperature . the question is was the air being blown out warmer than the ambient ? if so I guess ther is perhaps a blockage probably at the condenser at the bottom of the system I would persevere perhaps putting it on full heat for awhile and then dropping the temperature down to 18degrees. it may bring the unit back into action
Its not a bad thing regassing on a regular basis anyway as you may realise its a big old area to keep cool.
the other thought i have is that the unit may be airlocked in some way. I am sure ther is a step by step guide to service the aircon units somewhere r withiin these pages
