hi guys ,currently doing this job ,have down loaded the fact sheet but still a bit confused :oops: they talk about a drain plug un derneath when you remove the bottom cover well i can not find one HELP please urgent.....just drained the upper hose and not much came out help!!!!!!!

Have you undone the plug in the bottom left corner of the radiator (as you look at it from the front of the vehicle). Easiest to see if you get your head under the bumper!

yes mate thats the rad drain plug right but they talk about another one once you done that :?

I fully drained my bongo coolant using the bottom rad plug only, did not find or need to drain from the mystery drain :wink:

the one they are refurring to it to drain the top hose, ive changed ours 2 or 3 times and as yet havnt unplugged this one so best to foget about it and carry on regardless

I've only ever used the rad plug to drain mine. Sorry missed the point about the top hose drain plug in my earlier post.

.... i only had around 5 litres in there but how am i gonna get 13 litres back in if only 5 ish came out :?

how do i bleed the system pete i have removed the plug from the bleed hose
iam trying to follow the download factsheet but now have to dis regard this second drain plug they talk about tis a lil bit confusing to be honest :?

yes thats why im confused it may have been 6 or 7 ltrs but def not 13 makes me think theres more in there and how do i get it out .....maybe its been running on this 6or 7 ltrs is this possible ....im probably wasting my time putting this coolant in because it sounds like i have a leak but cannot find any evidence....

im asking pete im asking(':)') have decided to leave till the morning now .....ok when i fill it back up do i just fill it from thne rad or the reservoir tank ?

Have you removed the expansion bottle cap? You cannot have run on such a low amount of coolant, some leaks are only obvious when the system is up and running
