hi folks
could anybody answer my question i've got 15 inch wheels on my bongo, i've read the fact sheets on tyres, so on the front i've put 195x70x15. the fact sheets say the rear should be 215x65x15 but is there any reason why i cant have 215x70x15 on the rear

The rolling circumference on the 215-70-15 will be greater on the rear than the 195-65 on the front. If you have 4wd you will damage the diff.

and 215x65x15 on the rear, what i want to know is can i change the rear tyres from 215x65x15 to 215x70x15 which will make it the same diameter as the front, or will this still damage the diff.

It will seriously damage your viscous coupling - 195/70 and 215/65 are almost the same rolling circumference - 215/70 are bigger, making the wheels different sizes.

thanks for your advice but i got my original message wrong i have just been and checked my tyres, and i have 215x65x15 on the front and 215x65x15 on the rear is this ok, or should i change the front to 195x70x15. also could anyone help with this question, i tow a twin axle caravan and the wieght is 1210 kg, does anyone have you any idea of what the rear tyre pressure should be.

Many people run a 4WD with the front and rear tyres the same size (including me) - no problem at all.
Recommended tyre pressure for the rears is 34psi (if i remember correctly), but I mainly run mine at 36 - you may well need higher pressures when towing, but it's just a matter of experimenting until it feels right.
