interim service

Post by daveblueozzie » Sun Jul 08, 2007 4:37 pm

When i bought my bongo in february i received a one year warranty on condition i have it serviced with them, six month or six thousand mile for my first interim service, now what should they do for the £80 they are asking for this service ,and is it worth paying just for the warranty.
Lost without my Bongo.

Hi Dave
Probably oil and filter change, check brakes etc.
£80 seems cheap to maintain your warranty - think how sick you'd feel if something big went wrong in the next 6 months

Curious they say 6k miles though when the Bongo is supposed to have its oil changed every 3k. How does THAT work :?

It'd probably be an oil, and filter, and air filter change for £80 Dave...
