Terzo Ladder - Bike Carrier

Purchased Bongo with rear terzo ladder that originally had ski carriers attached - does anyone know if there is a bike carrier (2 bikes) out there that can be attached/adapted to fix to ladder?
As the ladder is left side justified the only ones I can find result in bikes pertruding to far on near-side (endangering other cyclists/parked cars etc.)

Hi keefysher,
I was very interested to hear you had modified your ski rack to take cycles. Details would be appreciated. I have already devised a carrier for a box useing the rack brackets, but I have drawn a blank on how to fit a bike.
